Federal financial aid for college considers you a dependent of your parents until you:
a. Turn 24 years old
b. Marry
c. Be in military
d. Have a dependent child
Some schools will consider special circumstances if you can document that you have no relationship with your parents and that you completely support yourself without their help. However, whether or not the school rules in your favor is really up to the school.

FAFSA has very clear definitions on who is considered an independent student, none of which you meet here:

Your parents' simple refusal is by no means enough to be considered independent, nor is supporting yourself in a different state. To be considered to have "no relationship" with your parents, you need to be able to prove that either contacting them would be dangerous to you, or that you have no information as to their whereabouts.

While you might get aid from your college, you will not be able to get aid as an independent from FAFSA until you are 24 or married.
