Retta che passa per un punto:
y-y0=m(x-x0)
y-4=m(x+5)
Calcoliamo m della retta: y=2x+6
m=2
Siccome le rette sono parallele hanno lo stesso m quindi 2
y-4=2(x+5)
y=2x+14
