Yes, you do need be sprayed in the face and tazed in the back, during the OC spray training you will be sprayed in the face and not allowed to touch your face and have to run towards another soldier and have to apprehend him and then push ups and for tazing you just get tazed in the back and then just dropped on a mat that's all.

Been a while since I went through MP OSUT, but they were not doing that when I went through. The closest I went through anything like that was when I got assigned to the prison (USDB) at Fort Leavenworth. We all had to get sprayed with pepper spray as part of the pre-service training. It hurt pretty bad!
