What 125cc should I get? 10pts?

Hey there, I know the motorbike community has much better things to do that worry about a silly little 125cc but It's something I've really wanted to ask for a while, Which one should I get, My budget is about 1500, (Some wiggleroom) I have been looking at a used CBF, I like that type of look, but I am not underestimated how practical a CG125 seems,

Anyway I am no expert and I kinda need your help. Thanks guys it means a lot.

No matter what 125 you get it won't be fast enough for you after a maximum of 3 months. Bearing that in mind get a CG125 as it is a fantastic bike that won't let you down with excellent fuel economy - I used to get well over 100mpg on my 2001 bike. You can get all your crashing done and just bend it back into shape and then after a bit on that you can sell it for pretty much what you paid for it and get something faster.

When I first got it I remember thinking, "Well, it'll do 70mph and that's all I'll really need." but I soon traded it in for a 600 Hornet which in turn got upgraded to a Fireblade in 2010.

The CG is basicly a cheap commuter bike, nothing fancy but it has great reliability and fuel economy.

The CBF is a newer bike, better looking and probably better for the taller person. Being a Honda, it also has good reliability. It might have a little better performance then the CG, being a newer model.

For a sport 125cc which is a good all around bike, there's the CBR125. Then there's another like the CG, the Yamaha YBR125.

For £1500 you could get a 6 or 7 year old Honda CG125 with no mechanical problems and in full working order, I always recommend those bikes for your sort of budget as you won't get many problems with one of those.

i agree aprilias are really nice bikes if u want a hard racing 125 and you can get them for the sort of price range you are going for on ebay but if u can squeeze ur budget a bit more and pay a little bit extra a ktm duke is the one for you it has the race feel exept it isnt as uncomfortable its a ktm so natrally it is a high quality bike and wont break down on you and they are really fast as well so ur best option is a duke but if u want to feel like a racer get the aprilia hope this helps alot

With you amout of money just get the Honda invicta, it's a 150cc and it looks kinda like a sporty naked bike. But if you must get a 125cc I had a Honda cgl and that worked out very well for me. I had it for about a year befor I moved up to the invicta.
