What is a good, free screen capture program that game record steam games?
I have tried a bunch of programs to record steam game play with live commentary but they all do the same thing. It records my mouse moving, but I just get a still shot of the steam menu. I have tried Game Camcorder, BB Flashback Express Player Standard, Microsoft Expression Encoder and Camstudio and they have all had the same problem. Is there a free program that can record game play from Steam games with live commentary?

Even though it says up to windows 7, it does work on windows 8.
