we are growing some grapes puple ones if it makes a differance my question is this they are ripe .?
but they are only the size of a sweet pea why?

There's a large variety of grapes, gree, purple, red and son on. Also some are large, some are small and some are tiny. The sweetness also varies. Most probably, you have selected a breed of small purple fruits. They might stay tiny, depending on the variety.
