Im thinking of ordering Madden 25 on PSN, and I was wondering if it will start downloading Monday, at midnight

The game will be on PSN @ 3:00 am est at that point everyone will be able to download at the same time. This prevents someone from the West coast from downloading it and sharing it with a friend on the East coast.

With rare exceptions, you can't get pre-ordered games until the PSN Store updates in the afternoon on Tuesday. I really doubt that Madden would be any different.
