come on here and ask if their rights are being violated by a landlord that wants to kick them out.
Kind of like a burglar that sues the home owner when they get injured while stealing the persons stuff!

I love it. I enjoy breaking the news to them that they are terribly mistaken and that they will soon discover it on their own. But personally I think your analogy about the burglar who sues the homeowner is awful. A better one would be the convicted murderer who sues the state for cruel and unusual punishment.
