If you mean as in 'not allow someone to go onto it', I suggest deleting the game or uninstalling it.

I think you might also want it simply to be inaccessible, you can try to find the game data files (it will probably be named the same as the game, or something similar), and deleting crucial files such as .dat or .ini files.

For the internet, you should find and install a program that can work with your browser to block certain websites, and in this case, the game site. (I don't know much about this)

It depends on what you mean, for instance, if you are saying that you want to block another user on your computer from playing your video game. You can right click the program that you use to run it, click properties and go to Security. You should see usernames that are on your computer and if you are an admin on your computer you can deny certain users from being able to use it.

If you are trying to block a game from being run such as a browser game you download a program to block the website which is simple enough.

If you are trying to block a game from being played at all, just uninstall it and no one will have the ability to play it unless they install it again!
