Can you trust Daryl Richardson as an everyday starter?

My runningbacks are Ray Rice, Chris Johnson, Daryl Richardson, and Chris Ivory. I was thinking of trading Chris Johnson to a guy who has Montee Ball starting at rb and Rashard Mendenhal as his backup in exchange for Julio Jones so I can upgrade my WR.

Update:

My other WR are Amendola, Mike Wallace, Anquan Boldin, Lance Moore, and Ryan Broyles

If you're in a PPR league, I would have an easier time trusting him, but in standard leagues, you might be reaching to trust him as your RB #2. I think Richardson will be a solid flex play this year, but in a few weeks, for all we know Pead could have the starting job.

I would offer the guy a combo of Ivory/Wallace or Richardson/Wallace for Julio before I offered anything with Chris Johnson.

If you could tell us who you have at WR it would help us in making an informed decision. However, I do believe that Richardson will surprise people this year and produce a solid season. STL finally improved its receiving which should open up the running game. While I think he will do well, I am just not nearly confident enough in him to say he's and RB2. I would start him in my flex spot with no hesitation but I think you would end up missing Chris Johnson's production and big play ability immensely.

No I don't think he can. His sample size has been too small to evaluate and St.Louis won't hand it off to him 20 times a game. Plus, they just drafted rookie RB Zack Stacy who will get in on some carries. I would wait it out to see if he has a solid first game or 2 and then once his value blows up trade him for a good WR. I think Chris Johnson is going to be absolutely studly this year and can potentially be a RB1 on fantasy teams
