Was Jesus present, by River Jordan, at his own baptism or not present?

If Jesus was present he would have witnessed the opening of the heaven and God speaking and declaring Jesus as "my only begotten son"

Was this incident factual or made up? John 5:37!

Was Jesus God (John 10:30) declaring himself "the beloved son" (Matthew 3:13-17)?

Update:

@Simple Jack - I will leave you to your fate like a dog chasing its tail - Jesus was talking to the Jews leader by "you have never heard His voice"! If one other person was present when Jesus was allegedly declared the beloved Son during baptism - the leaders would have heard of that incredible incident!!!!!

"You" by Jesus meant no one of Jesus' generation >>>

Now when ***all the people*** were baptised, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptised, and praying, the heaven was opened, 22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.[Luke 3:21-22]

Jesus and John used to baptize each other in the river. They enjoyed doing that. The part where God came down and said "This is my beloved son, hear him!" That part was probably made up.

    Colossians 2:8-10

8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. 9 For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; 10 and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

    Matthew 3:15-17

15 But Jesus answered and said to him, “Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed Him.

16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He[a] saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. 17 And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Source(s): The FATHER was present, the SON was present AND also, the HOLY GHOST. TAKE NOTICE.

Jesus was once Baptized, but He was once the only one upon which a Dove descended. And when Jesus was Baptized, God the daddy spoke in an audible voice. Matthew chapter three ( NIV ) 16As quickly as Jesus was once baptized, he went up out of the water. At that second heaven was once opened, and he noticed the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lights on him. 17And a voice from heaven stated, "this is my Son, whom i really like; with him i'm good joyful." also see Mark 1:eight and Luke 3:22 and John 1:29-34 If the Pope read the Bible, he would be aware of that Jesus was once now not just one of the crucial crowd. of course

"...and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him"

Mat 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

Mat 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Jesus was at his own baptism of course! How would he have been baptised otherwise? It was God the Father announcing that Jesus was the Son, not Jesus himself saying anything.

Jesus is God, but He is not the Father.. it is the Father who spoke at Jesus' baptism.

As far as never hearing God, Jesus wasn't saying that to everyone, He was saying it to the Jewish leaders who were questioning Him - Jesus was saying those Jewish leaders never heard God.

No, Yeshua the Messiah was present. The scriptures are clear about what was said.

Yahveh and Yeshua are in "UNITY" Echad in Hebrew.
