If i apply for a Duplicate drivers license because i lost the other is my old one still vaid?
Okay i have a NC drivers license my original was lost but someone returned it too me since it had my address on it but by time they returned it i had already applied for a Duplicate and i now have two my original and my duplicate. Now is my original one still valid? Because i moved out of state to NY and i need to change my license and i want to give them my old one because i hate the picture on it. And keep my other NC license as memory of when i lived on my own in another state.

When you get a new license because your old one was lost or stolen, the old one is void. If you try to give the original one to exchange for a new license in a new state, it will come up not valid.
