Which is a better phone iphone 4 or samsung s2 . Which one will last long and which one is good for a college?

iPhone4 is a bad idea. The next version iPhones will be announced in September, running ios7. Odds are pretty darn good that ios7 won't be supported on the iphone4 (at least 3 year old model). That means newer apps that come out and any new/cool ios7 apps won't work on it.

Regarding iPhone vs Samsung it's a question of iOS vs Android. If you're into the whole Apple/Mac ecosystem than get an iPhone. If you're a Windows user it doesn't matter, just personal choice.

How bout iPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S4. I can't say which one though....

S2, i think because of: better CPU and more RAM, bigger screen, better cam, and you can find apps for office (you can find it also on iphone 4).

iphone has the best security, imessage, siri, best apps, facetime, and is the nicest design. They also have the Apple stores everywhere to get professional help if you need it. Just my opinion but I think you will regret it later if you dont get it, but get whatever you like.
