Will Jamaal Charles be able to lead the league this year?

Jamaal is currently the leader in terms of yards per carry among all players, active and inactive, with over 500 carries. Last year he had no support from his QB or his O-line and still racked up over 1500 yards and went to the pro bowl. This year, the Chiefs have beefed up their line, upgraded greatly at QB and brought in a talented and successful coach and staff.

Barring injury, I believe that the one thing that might keep him from "running away" with the rushing title is the fact that he'll get the ball in the form of a pass a lot in Reid's schemes.

Any thoughts?

Well, when a defense comes onto the field against them, they know, "Right, Charles is probably their most dangerous player. Watch out for him." And right they'd be. I think if Charles keeps his composure, takes it play-by-play, and works well, he'll come out over Peterson, Mendenhall etc. And do himself, and his team, the best.

Jamaal Charles will definitely do good, of course. But can't say if he'll lead the league. That could be anyone. Doug Martin, Foster, AP, anyone.

No but definitely a contender. He has to compete with Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch, and Alfred Moriss.
