Is it possible to fall in love with a man you've never met?

I'm not sure if you are talking about online dating. If yes, I had fallen in love with a man I met online and finally met him face to face 7 years later. We both felt the same way as when we were online. It seemed we knew each other forever. Although we're no longer together, I still cherish my memories with him. Now I am in another online relationship and minutes ago I posted a question too for my own dilemma:)

Sure, but idolizing a fantasy or a projection of what you wish someone could be like isn't the same as loving someone. We love people because of who they are, and not what we want them to be. Maybe this individual is more than you could ever imagine. Then again, they could be just a giant slime-bag who will only tear you down. Give it time. You never know what the cat is going to drag in.
