How much work notice to give.?
Hello i currently work for a bunch of disorganised lazy incompetent group of people. Have no contract so do I need to give notice that I quit

You must give your employer 1 week’s notice if you want to leave your job and you’ve worked for them for 1 month or more. You’re usually entitled to normal pay for things like sick leave during your notice period.
Check your employment contract to see if you must give more than 1 week’s notice.
You can give notice verbally or in writing, although it’s advisable to hand in a resignation letter.
Disorganised and lazy employers have the same rights to be given notice as the organised hard-working type!

It would be good etiquette on your part to give them notice,
even though you don't have a contract. That way, at least
you'll be giving them a chance to start looking for someone
else, as soon as possible.
