No, you won't be able to be in a group together to do quests or PvP. Dark elf and Nord both fall under the same alliance, the Ebonheart pact. However, High elf is in the Aldmeri Dominion and will be unable to see the other faction members unless you are fighting each other in Cyrodiil. You can be in the same guild, but if you want to quest together you should all pick races of the same alliance.

You should,but you and your friends will have choose what covenant you want to join,if you are in a different group,you guys can group up,but they won't know what missions you have,like dcuo,and if you are a high elf i swear i will slaughter you.
