You will not find anything that will give you the flavor that anything in the Allium family will give.
You will either have to get used to making things without onions and garlic and all the other items that fall into that family or as someone suggested make separate meals. The problem with making separate dishes is the possibility of cross contamination. And anyone that has dealt with a family member with a food allergy cross contamination is difficult to avoid. (take it from someone that had to make stuffing for a family member that was allergic to turkey)
There is a possibility of desensitizing to the allergen but this would have to be done under a doctors care and it does not always work and is not always possible.
In some dishes you can replicate the texture but again not the flavors.

YES, you can make all those dishes without onion family! I did it for many years! My dad couldn't have garlic, my grandmother didn't like or use onion, my former son in law was highly allergic to onions!!
I made all those dishes and more without onion in them!! They turn out different, but doesn't matter! We cook to feed our families and keep them healthy!
So just omit all the onion family from all recipes and enhance the other herbs to cover the lacking onions!

Try finely sliced red or yellow peppers. flavour is obviously different but textures should be similar. Alternatively try finely shredded white cabbage. I like to experiment. Enjoy!

Peppers are very flavorful and they come in a vast array of hotness if you go with the hotter peppers...
