How do I know if a motherboard is new?
I wanr to build a computer but without spending a lot. How can i find cheap used motherboards but the latest models? I seem to only find old ones with pentinum proccessors.
Also where can i buy cheap motherboards other than eBay

unenclosed computer components are really easy to fry so I've never bough a used MB, GPU or any add-on card. I did purchase a used CPU once and it worked fine.
in the US you can easily purchase computer parts from sites such as newegg and tigerdirect, someone on a different post even claimed buying stuff from amazon.
how cheap do you want to go, pretty sure you can get a decent new MB for $60~70

You won't get new ones cheap. That's just how it is. If you're going for Intel, the new ones are LGA 1155 or 1150. For AMD it's AM3 AM3+ or FM2.
