Guys like being asked out, however since I don't know the situation between you two it would be hard to say if he'd say yes or no

Guys are chicken, and play games. YES...ask him out. If he plays hard to get leave ur number and say...you know how to find me! And give him the impression ur movin on...guarantee it'll work!!
