Open Terminal.
Enter the following commands in order:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ehoover/compholio
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop
After installation, open Dash and launch Netflix-Desktop. On first run you will likely need to download and install an few extra files, so click "Ok" and let the installer do it's business. Once complete you'll be all ready to go, Netflix-Desktop will open in full-screen.
