It just means that part of the game was leaked. I believe the soundtrack list was revealed to the world and rock star didnt want that to happen. U can definitely still buy and play the game wen it comes out. You can't download it anymore though because Sony was allowing people to download it so when 12 o clock came on sept 17 you could play right away. Everything is the same tho so you don't have to worry
