What is this and how to get rid of it?

Any time I run a video a box pops up that says Adobe Flash Settings wanting to store info on my computer it says "Allow ", or "Deny". I click on deny and sometimes I can get it to go away, but most times I cannot really see a vid cause of it. How do I get rid of this? I did not use to have this problem and everything I try does not work. Any suggestions?

Update:

This happens on every video I watch, such as You Tube, or other sites that I trust. Even videos that are sent to me.

Update 2:

EDIT: So how do I fix it? Thanks for any info.

  • Depending on the site, most videos require Adobe Flash to play the content so you should accept it. But of course if its some pop-up window or a sketchy website, don't accept it.
