can my landlord come to my house everyday to do garden work?
I'm renting a house and my landlord comes here everyday to do garden work or some other type maintenance to the property. He also keeps a shack in the back yard with all of his tools. Is that legal? He also tries to tell me what I can and can not keep in the yard. I'm really tired of him on top of all that he makes sexual remark to me all the time. Please help me with advice. what can I do about this? I been renting his property for 8 years and I had put up with this crap ever since.

Yes it's legal. The landlord needs to give notice prior to entering your living environment...not the outside. If its so bothersome, why do you continue to live there?

Yes he can, you are renting the house, not the yard. You have no control over how often he visits the outside premises, how long he`s there or what he does. He has to give you 24hrs notice to enter the house regardless if you are there or not or can enter anytime for emergencies without notice but the land is his to do as he pleases. It is no different then my landlord coming on the apartment building premises to do yard work etc.
oh and you`ve been putting up with this for 8 yrs... thats all, you are very quick to action aren`t you!

ignore him
he is violating many facets of the lease
when you get bullying landlords, ignore their comments
