yes they do work in fact thats where I met my girlfriend katie been dating for 6 months and I gotta tell ya I couldnt be happier

depends on the dating site and what you are looking for eharmony is basically a christian based site keep that in mind

eharmony says it is for straight people, not glbtq people. this is on the site itself.
