Arsenal fans has your pitch been shortened.?
I watched the game last night on tv and i noticed the gap behind the goal to the left seems to be bigger, has the pitch been shortened or is it me seeing things.

European competitions and the premier league have different regulations for maximum and minimum sizes.
If the pitch had been shortened (I didn't notice to be honest) it is because the pitch had to be smaller for the regulations. Arsenal have as big a pitch as possible in the premier league because they like to pass it around.

pitches have a minimum and a maximum size- so they can be adjusted to suit the play/tactics required against the opposition
