    No. They are probably being very efficient. With this ObamaCare thing, companies just aren't enjoying the resource waste and staffing levels we had back in the 80s,90s and the first part of the last decade.

    Now, they can pretend to be fielding applicants, or cherry-pick the most exceptional candidates -- something it used to take 2 or 3 employees to accomplish in a company with an employee census of 400-500.
