Can we transfer to another university after i got my BS in university of Buffalo?
Online it says that i/ only accredited after we get our master, but are we still allowed to transfer to another university like penn state or NJIT after we get our BS, or do we have to stay in Buffalo and do the master?

After you finish your Bachelor's degree, you are finished and will no longer be a student at Univ of Buffalo. You can, however, apply to a Master's Degree program at Univ of Buffalo, or to any other University. It would be a "NEW" Grad School Application, NOT a "Transfer".

normally, i would say, "sure, you can transfer (pretty much) anywhere for your master's"
but that phrase "only accredited after we get our master's,"
may mean that you can't transfer.
email someone at the college about this, to be sure.
