If he's disabled & unemployed, does he get SSI? If so, he may be eligible for "In Home Support Services". A caregiver could come to his home & help him bathe, etc. There would be no charge, as they are paid by the county. If he's not on SSI, you can call the Human Services Department in your county, & see what other options may be available to him.
