where can i send my brother's ps3 for repairs?
it is not reading his discs. do you have a telephone number or address (or both) where i can send the game console?

PS3's usually have a warranty. If it is still under warranty Sony will repair or replace the unit for free. After you contact them they'll send you a box to send the wounded PS3 in to them in. If it is not under warranty expect to pay $100-$200. It is almost worth it to just buy a whole new PS3. Some people don't want to do that because of saved games etc... If the PlayStation was modded or taken apart PlayStation may not repair it. You'll just have to see.

Be prepared to give them the serial number on the PlayStation, so they can determine warranty. Etc...
