    I pour the cereal first, then the milk. The proper method. If I poured the milk first, next the cereal. It wouldn't make sense.

    The cereal first so that it all gets evenly saturated with the milk. I don't like a ton of milk on my cereal. I just use enough to wet it and make it float a little.
