How long does it take for a deragatory mark to disappear from my credit score?

    It's 7 1/2 years but it should bounce back in 2 years

    Derogatory items age off credit reports 7-1/2 years from the date of first deficiency (default). This is per the FCRA and nothing restarts this clock.
