Stress... what are some good supplements or herbs that can help me not stress so much?

i stress and worry about any little thing, but i try to do meditation and i try other things but i can't seem to stop stressing out. so what herbs or supplements do you think would be beneficial?

    Maybe try magnesium. It's responsible for hundreds of vital chemical reactions in the body, and eighty percent of people in the US are deficient. It's known to relax you and give you energy.

    You should also try melatonin to get to sleep at night. I use it, and it's totally effective. It's relaxed me a lot during the day.

    Hi-

    Go to your health food store or a good nutrition store. A mix of antioxidants and minerals will help. While there talk to them about B supplements also. Good quality supplements are not cheap. So for a bottle of antioxidants and minerals could be around 50.00. But, you maybe saving money when you look at what they have in them. They usually carry high dosages than what you would find at Walmart and drugs stores.

    You have to think positive. Get your blood pressure checked. Sometimes hypertension is the reason behind excessive stress, and vice versa.
