Under Hindu Succession Act in India What is my share in my father's property if he has 3 legal heirs -?

If my father has 3 heirs to his property after his death and I am one of them. I have a wife and two sons - my share in my father's property is 33.3% or is it 8.3% which I can relinquish in favour of someone else?

    If your mother is still alive then she is the person who gets all otherwise the sons share it equally irrespective of he being married or not, if amoung the three hiers you have a sister among them she gets nothing if married.
