They didn't give me my food stamps this month?

If you were put on food assistance a year ago and this month you did not receive your benefits then it is probably because you have not completed your one year renewal. The SNAP program requires everyone to periodically renew their benefits by answering certain questions and providing documentation just like you did when you got the benefits originally. If you HAVE done that and still did not receive them, then it must be related to the change in circumstances that you seem to be indicating. If you were not living with your father before and your human services office is aware of a circumstance change but you have not provided them with documentation then, yes, theoretically, it could be because of that.

It's my understanding that you did not show official proof of your living and financial status to show that you qualify. I have a vague idea of how food assistance works as I have not had to do it. Therefore, it seems logical to me that you need to show that proof. Verbally, anybody can give the "right" answers to try and mooch off of the government however, having delt with government agencies (i.e., the BMV, even the public library), I know that hard documents are needed.

If you are under age 22 your father MUST be included, so that could be the reason.
