Intermittent fasting, need advice?
Here's what I'm planning to do so far.
I skip breakfast and eat lunch at 12:00 am (because of school)
Then I get home at around 3:00 and workout for like an hour, then eat maybe at like 6:00 then do cardio at 8:00. I'd have started fasting after six though.
So does this seem right? If not what do I change?

If I'm correct, intermittent fasting involves also doing training in fasted state. This would mean hitting the gym and then having your first meal of the day (aka post workout).
Most IF practitioners use 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of 'feast'.
Therefore, you would most likely have your first meal after your workout at around 4. However, that would mean having your last meal at midnight, which wouldn't be very good for your sleep.
Your schedule is a bit hard to manipulate, since most end their fast at 1pm and end their feast at 9pm.
You can consider doing your workout fasting in the morning before school, taking BCAAs throughout the day, and ending the fast at 1.
