Like it's not hours after I run, it's immediately after I slow down on the treadmill. My legs get tight as hell and then it gets painfully sore. I just started to run like a week and a half ago but it started getting like that when I jogged nonstop for only a mile

I m a dude and so this is the first time this has ever happened to me, I ve been bleeding the entire day. Thought it was cause I ripped something but I ve been bleeding when I sit on the toilet and don t even use the restroom, and its a lot.

I ve looked up on Google already but I keep seeing answers to how to stop itching and pain but I don t feel anything, cause its internal. Does this go away on its own or should I go to a doctor? Ive been seeing a lot of posts too saying it could be colon cancer that causes bleeding with no pain but I m only 21?

I've tried to build websites before but using other websites that do it for me basically. I want to learn to do it all by myself but I don't even know where to start, like i seriously have no knowledge on any of this. I've looked at some schools for coding but holy sh*t they're expensive.

My girlfriend keeps having very heavy nosebleeds, lasting to an hour usually with a lot of blood loss, and is accompanied with a headache and stomach ache. She s had this many times and gets them a few times a week now. She has also not had her period in 7 months and no she is not pregnant, we ve already checked. We ve already been to the doctor s but he just said having nosebleeds isn t bad, he said she was ok, but this keeps happening a lot still idk what to do.

So I got into this class and apparently there's an exam due for this book tomorrow. I'm trying to read it but it's wayyy too long for one day, so can you help me out by posting the most important things that happen and other stuff like it's symbolism?

Here's what I'm planning to do so far.

I skip breakfast and eat lunch at 12:00 am (because of school)

Then I get home at around 3:00 and workout for like an hour, then eat maybe at like 6:00 then do cardio at 8:00. I'd have started fasting after six though.

So does this seem right? If not what do I change?

It has actually not been working for a very long time, but I've decided to now look into it.

This is what's wrong with it: The hinges don't work and the R and L buttons don't either. And instead of buying a new expensive one for a bill I'd rather try to fix it. I've come across many "full housing" repair kits and I think those are what I need, but I'm not sure. Will those fix it? They have the buttons and shells and hinges but I'm not even that sure on how to do it. So can you help me out by putting a link to a video or website addressing this? It'd be greatly appreciated.

But please tell me if that's what I need to fix my ds. It works; it's just the hinges and buttons that need fixing.

This is crazy. I delete something from my sd card and after I restart my phone it shows up again! I can't delete anything! I tried putting what I wanted to delete in a separate folder then deleted it but after I restarted my phone , the folder was gone but the files I wanted to delete were back in the original folder WTF. So then, I formated my sd card and deleted everything. My storage thing said I had all my gigabytes back (I have a 64gb card btw) but after I restarted my phone, everything was back again! Every damn thing! The last thing I did was move everything I wanted to delete to my phones memory, but after I restarted my phone of course everything was back plus the stuff I moved to my phone was there too so I had two of everything, it basically copied everything even though I moved it. PLEASE HELP I CANT DO ANYTHING

I have a bunch of videos downloaded on my phone: mostly animes. But I've been wanting to watch some movies so I deleted a whole series (dbz) from my phone so it can have more storage. And now here's the problem. Every time I restart my phone, all the episodes show up! How is that possible?! And everything I downloaded after I deleted dbz doesn't show up after I restart my phone! That doesn't make sense. How do I fix this? It's really annoying.
