SD card problems, please help!!?

This is crazy. I delete something from my sd card and after I restart my phone it shows up again! I can't delete anything! I tried putting what I wanted to delete in a separate folder then deleted it but after I restarted my phone , the folder was gone but the files I wanted to delete were back in the original folder WTF. So then, I formated my sd card and deleted everything. My storage thing said I had all my gigabytes back (I have a 64gb card btw) but after I restarted my phone, everything was back again! Every damn thing! The last thing I did was move everything I wanted to delete to my phones memory, but after I restarted my phone of course everything was back plus the stuff I moved to my phone was there too so I had two of everything, it basically copied everything even though I moved it. PLEASE HELP I CANT DO ANYTHING

    Check to see the little switch on the side of the card is slid forward to the un-lock setting. If it has slid back into the "protect" mode, you not only can't delete anything, you can't even write anything to it.
