X-factor........Sam Bailey....?

should this woman really be on this programme..?

it's quite obvious she will/would blow all the competition away with that fantastic voice.....

BUT.......

X-factor doesn't work like that....

if your over a certain age you might as well forget it....

all they usually want if kids straight out of school...trousers hanging around their a*e's...and very little talent...

has she any hope..?

I think she should be given every chance and if she doesn't make it at least she has had the exposure for someone to pick up on it and set her on her career path. Know what you mean though as the overs rarely stay long in the live section!

I said the same thing to my sister last night. Realistically she should have gone on Britain's Got Talent, the audience are families and the audience of X factor are younger. BGT can make stars out of old people, Susan Boyle is a prime example of that.

There is a reason why no one over the age of 28 has won it since that Steve guy on the first series.

Usually women with amazing voices of her age get to the live shows, then after a week or two get voted out. It's sad because they're the ones with the real talent -- having been perfecting it over the years, only to be beaten by a prepubescent teen with a bad fashion sense and an equally bad voice, only picked because of "charisma".

She might get to the semis or maybe even the finals but they cant just kick people like that out but they know that the public will probably go for the people that you described in the end so yeah...

She'll get a recording contract, by the sounds of it

Winners don't always stay popular anyway, its the like of her that will stay popular

    whether she wins or not

If you really like her. If people really like her then she'll win. Public make the decision. And like what others wrote. Winners are not always the winner.
