Everything on my macbook got deleted overnight?!?
I was using my macbook air just fine, then I went to sleep and put it on the charger. When I woke up the next morning EVERYTHING was gone! My notes, my calendar events, my messages, my mail, my pictures, and pages isn't even there anymore. Btw, I've only had this macbook for 2 weeks. What happened???? HELP!

You somehow got signed out of iCloud. Sign in again, and all will be back to normal.
Open System Preferences > iCloud. Sign in.
If you ever want to use your stuff when not using iCloud, you must make a backup of the settings and documents. They are not really kept on the hard drive. They are only in iCloud at this point.
I'm thinking I should develop an app called "DupliCloud" to do this for people automatically. What do you think?

Try looking into the icloud backups to recover the stuff you should have.
