What's the proper scoring ratio system for fantasy football?

My friend invited me to Join his league and I think he scoring system is bullshit, but I don't really know.

For QB's you get a point for every 25 yds. passing and 4 points for every touchdown pass compared to runningbacks you get a point for every 10 yds. rushing and 6 for a rushing TD. Receiving is the same a rushing, a point for 10 yds.receiving and 6 for a TD catch.

This would basically mean 250yds. passing is equivalent to 100yds. rushing or receiving which is heavily skewed in the favor of a passing league. It also mean 3 TD's passing is equal to 2 rushing TD's. there's no way this is right. It's much harder to get 2 rushing TD's then throw for 3 TD's.

Thoughts?

Update:

I think 30yds. passing being equal 10 yds. rushing or receiving sounds about right with a stiff penalty for an interception. I think a 4 touchdown passing game is equal to 2 rushing touchdowns. What you think?

that is actually pretty standard..most leagues will start as that until the league manager changes it.
