can i really speed up my pc network connection?
the router i bought have up to 28 mb speed and i have 3G network (not phone on laptop)

and when i use speedtest.net sometimes it goes 5.5 down some times 8.8 down and i try several time and they differ,how to use maximum speed available(and the ping differ too but its from 50-100 maximum)
