Were PAL employees told not to respond to my request? I would like to hear from people who work for PAL.?

A few days ago I asked for feedback from employees who work PAL. I would like to know how you are treated, what type of training your received before getting your assignment. How much latitude do you have to correct mistakes made by PAL? Do you feel your managers give you the support you need? What is the culture of the company? I want to know is there a quality assurance of the website. I don't want to know your names if you want to give me the name of your supervisors and managers it would be helpful. If you are afraid of retrobution do not answer at work on the companies computer, make up a email adress with a very generic named email. Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.

Update:

J@ps, I have been in contact with PAL. Have you looked at my other question? It shows emails that were sent in April 2010 and it took the airline 4 months to fix the problem. But the did not make me whole for their ineptness. That is the primary issue. What I am looking to find out why this company is so poorly run. It is a shame that a once reputable company has slid so far down in their industry.

Does this make sense to you?

I really do not know nor do I understand your problem with Philippine Airlines. I arrived yesterday from Hawaii on PAL. I traveled Economy Fiesta. The trip was non stop, about 10 hours and direct. It was a little over $700. My bags were shipped to my connecting flight at no extra charge. We had 2 meals from Honolulu to Manila and at no cost. Free coffee and OJ in between meals. All the employees from the time I booked my flight to all the in between employees, and flight attendants were all very professional and extremely courteous.

The connection in Manila went smoothly. I have nothing but praise for the airline and its employees. I am an American and I can compare American based airlines to PAL and I say PAL is 2nd to none.

I don't work for Pal (or anybody as far as that goes! LOL) but I would like to answer your question.

In most likelihood YES you have been put on a black list & they are hoping you will go away.

So remember the old proverb "The squeaky wheel is the one that gets oiled" so keep up the pressure on them.

What I am looking to find out why this company is so poorly run.

This one is easy just look at the very first name of the company! LOL

PAL sucks as an airline. There is no reason people landing at Manila can't make their connecting flight in under 2 hours.

It would not surprise me if a gag order was placed against answering your questions. What is really sad, the employees of PAL feel they have no choice in the matter, they have to suck up the policies of the company. There are not a lot of jobs to pick from in the RP.

Wow, I think you have a real concern that you really need to direct to Philippine Airlines. I suggest you call them up and talk to a live person.

I've got a few friends who have worked and still works at PAL and I'm pretty sure any legitimate concern you have against them, could be addressed through the proper channels.

Additional: No I have not read your past questions, nor your emails.

Have your problem been adequately resolved (although it took a long time)?

Do you want somebody to "talk" with somebody with PAL on your behalf?

Or are you past that point already and just pissed off that you want as many people to know about this travesty?

Source(s): Wow at Ryder, good to know. I''ve rode with PAL well at least 6x, but not always rosy but I have had no major complaints which I couldn't overlook. I was even bumped up to business class for free.

    yes

your handle has been flagged by PAL on all social networking type of sites & employees have been instructed not to respond to your questions

i suggest that you get a new alias for yourself & repost your questions in such a manner so as to not alert PAL employees to your true identity
