Depends.. I used to have self esteem issues but now I'm conceited as can be and because of that I either look in the mirror 40 times a day just because or only like once because I don't need to.

If I'm at home except to brush my teeth I never look in the mirror/
If I'm going someplace after getting dressed and doing hair & make-up I don't look in a mirror again.

As few as possible!!
Actually, several times while getting ready in the morning (doing hair, teeth & makeup), every time I go to the bathroom (while washing my hands), before I walk out my door (putting on lipstick), so probably about 10-12 times a day.

3 or 4 when i brush my teeth and when i get ready in the morning
