Jesus Christ Superstar, the 1970 rock opera written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. I just listened to it for the first time a few days ago and I love it! I avoided it for years because I'm not a Christian, but it's actually not for Christians. It looks at Jesus' story from a more political point of view. I like most of the songs. Ian Gillian of Deep Purple sings the parts of Jesus!
