Front panel broked on extension plug socket?

I was unplugging plug and when I pulled plug the one side of front panel on extension plug socket breaks. And I didn't touch the inside of it because I will get shock we can't change the extension plug socket because its connected to another wire to make it longer but the extension plug sockets are working. Except i can't plug in that bit because its broken but im worried can the fire start?

    You must change it. Sooner or later someone will get their fingers in it...It might be you
