Who's into the real-deal "Rock N' Roll?"?

I love Rock n' Roll. Glad someone's trying to bring it back. I'm just starting guitar though, so I suck.

Classic rock isn't 'disapproved' by modern society, it's simply shunned by school kids. There's a reason for that.

Teen-pop is total cheese, but it's made for kids. Straigh up rock will be back some day, in fact it never left. It isn't trending with the school kids at the moment, but wait. Someone with the that-thing will come along, explode onto the scene, and rock will be back in the front seat. Zeppelin did it, Motley did it, Nirvana did it, and so did several others.

The that-thing is just the right ingredients at the perfect time. For Zeppelin, it was a trippy yet ballsy sound that broke the monotony of folk-hippies and 60's pop. For the Crue, their look and sound smashed through the keyboards and middle-of-the-road sound of new wave. And when metal got stale and too nice, Nirvana showed up with their back-to-basics approach. Those bands weren't the first to do what they did, nor were they even the best, they just happened at the right time in the right place and it was what everyone could relate to. It'll happen again.

And I do all of the following except piano. I also suck at drums, but I do it anyway.

Actually, I do. (except not really piano, but all other forms of keyboards, piano is a different animal, I can play basic piano only)

But all the others I play and have performed in pro bands.

As well as many different forms of latin percussion items.

I am all about Classic Hard Rock.

(not into forming a band on Ultimate Guitar, though)

But, contrary to what the other guy answered "no one"....there are musicians capable of playing all the instruments and into good music ,too. Not this "post-" crap or boy bands or nu/neo/proto/death/thrash/speed/symphonic/melodic/blah, blah,blah metal

I really love Classic Rock. Like Pink Floyd, Aerosmith, Rolling Stones, The Doors, and The Guess Who. I'm around 13-15 years old, and I don't understand why people dislike my taste in music. I would totally bring it back if I could! :D
