What band / artist nails that retro sound for you?
For me at first, it was The Black Crowes, they morphed into their own beast and were a great band from the start. Right about now, The Rival Sons have a nice retro feel. Mastodon & The Sword play some old school Metal. Your thoughts? Thanks.

Which "retro" do you mean? 60's psychedelic? Rockabilly? Led Zeppelin? 1920's flapper music?
The whole concept of "retro" in reference to music is somewhat hazy being that most music tends to draw on earlier styles, not to mention that styles go in cycles and come back from time to time.
