what is Texas's policy on pardons?

I need to know what the policy is on issuing pardons in Texas and when the last pardon was issued in Texas by tomorrow, any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

You need to contact the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole.

    http://www.tdcj.state.tx.us/bpp/

They issue parole in about 30% of the cases that come before them. (About 2800 out of 73000 reviewed). If I remember right the board itself does not grant pardons but recommends clemency matters, including pardons, to the Governor.

    Texas doesn't do pardons...

why would they deny themselves the joy of executing?

    They rarely grant them.
