Why does Line 6 make the ugliest amps?

That thing is hideous.  The standard placement of the Line 6 logo is just painful.  It looks like a cancerous growth on the face of the amp.

I understand that Line 6 doesn't make the only ugly amps but they are the worst offenders and I just don't understand why.  The company has little to brag about.  Their main selling point is that their amps rip off other company's tonally via digital modeling.  Why not rip off other company's better aesthetics too?

That's not a question - it's a statement/opinion. You are indeed entitled to your opinion and I personally agree with you regarding the aesthetics of Line 6. However, it's still a personal opinion as opposed to a fact.

And seriously - have you checked your links. It is always nice when at least some om then work, just saying...
